A Class act.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, the Whalers best NHL defenseman was Ulf Samuelsson.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Whalers left Babs exposed in the 1991 waiver draft. I believe he was known...</title><content type='html'>Babs was pure testosterone! I believe he was known as one of the NHL's strongest men in the early 1990s - I remember a very young Eric Lindros bouncing off Babych when he tried to bodycheck him behind the Canucks net - now thats strong. Babych was a solid, strong defenseman and was a big part of the Canucks in the early 1990s.
